About the Trustees

Barbara Clemmons – is the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Pro-Tem, Inc, the dominant supplier of heath related software to the US nuclear power industry.   She has served in various offices on the boards of several philanthropic organizations.  She is the past president of the Rotary Club of Seabrook.

Charles “Charlie” Clemmons – is the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Pro-Tem, Inc, the dominant supplier of heath related software to the US nuclear Power industry.   He has served in various offices on the boards of several philanthropic organizations. He is a past governor of Rotary District 5890.

Angel “Angie” Jimenez - was the President of Mclean Cargo
Specialists, which he has now sold. McLean is an international freight forwarding and export packer, shipping freight all over the World.
He was the founder of the company. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Museum of Printing History of Houston. He is a Rotarian.

Jerry Larsen – is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, who has worked in the oil industry around the world.  He is a member of several philanthropic foundations.

Emken Linton – is the owner of Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City, Texas.  He has been active with his church and has been a member of several charity boards. He is a past governor of Rotary District 5910.

Charles “Chuck” Mason – is the President of Mason Construction Ltd. He is active in many service and civic organizations. He was the founding president of the Jason Alliance of Southeast Texas, which provides science programming to middle school students in Southeast Texas. He is a past governor of Rotary District 5910.

Danny Perkins - is the president of the firm of ESC Polytech Consultants, Inc. ESC is a transportation planning, design and construction service firm specializing in the studies and plans to provide for future needs for airport services for all airports.  He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Gulfway Hobby.

Charles “Charlie” Thorp – is the owner of C.A. Thorp Studio, Inc. which specializes in imaginative presentation of graphic material including the development of logos, web pages, and advertising material.  He is also a member of several charity boards. He is a past governor of Rotary District 5890.

George Yeiter – is the cofounder and principle partner in Yeiter & Somers, LLP, a financial management and CPA firm specializing in high net worth clients.  He and his life partner Beverly are very involved in several humanitarian efforts and charitable foundations. He is a past governor of Rotary District 5890.
